(Not Quite) Under The Covers Podcast!

Yes, tonight's show consists of NO COVER SONGS! GASP! Yeah, I was shocked too. I mean, I just woke up and there was this show prepared and I was like, "hey, where are all the covers?" and the Man said, "SHUT UP OR YOU'LL GO BACK IN THE BOX!" I don't like the box. It's dark in there.

So there's a show not only full of non-covers from indy and mainstream artists who RULE but there's also a CONTEST!

Contest? Oh yes.

How would you like to win lunch for two to Jersey Mike's at 927 West Broad Street or one of two $10 gift certificates to Alternatives at 3320 West Cary Street?

Gimmie a haiku. But not just any haiku, no, we have ourselves a theme.

Tessie Brunet of Deadboy And The Elephantmen is quite attractive. So sayeth the Jason. So sayeth you in a haiku! Yes, give me a wonderful poem in the 5/7/5 syllable format that some dead Japanese guy made famous many years ago (sometime in the '60s I think). Or, if you would rather comment on our semi-attractive host, you can do that! Yes, the same kinda format for a haiku about the one and only Jason Sensation! Need proof of the attractiveness of our topics?

That other guy is Dax Riggs. He has nothing to do with our contest.

Hmmm.... I'm trying to think of something smart and funny to say and all that comes to mind is that my wallet is brown. Which isn't very amusing or insightful.
